For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference for swimwear, bikinis, or other items that come into direct contact with the skin.

However, we accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases.

• If the product has an initial defect or damage
• If you receive an item that differs from your order

Deadline for notification

Please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 7 days of receiving the product.

We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges after 7 days have passed.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We will accommodate the request only if the following conditions are met.

• Must be unused and unworn.
• Tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
• It must be free from scratches, stains, or damage incurred while in your possession.

Regarding the response

After verifying the condition of the product, we will arrange for an exchange or a refund.

Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges resulting from defective products or incorrect delivery.
