About Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 14 days of confirmation. Please note that shipping may take longer than usual depending on order volume, peak seasons, or public holidays.

Domestic shipping fee (Japan)

For orders under 8,000 yen, the shipping fee is a flat rate of 600 yen nationwide .

Shipping is free for orders of 8,000 yen or more .

International Shipping

You can view the countries and regions eligible for international shipping on the checkout screen. Currently, the standard international shipping fee for packages up to 2 kg is 3,000 yen . The final shipping cost and availability will be displayed on the checkout screen after you enter your shipping address.

For international shipments, delivery typically takes approximately 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. Please note that further delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Check delivery status

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status using the carrier's tracking service.

Caution

If the product is returned due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for re-delivery.
